如何提高2W的IGBT驱动器供电电源效率达70-80%

要做一个两路输出的电源给IGBT的驱动器供电。

输入12V左右，输出一路12V0.1A，另一路-10V/0.1A。

以前用的方案是UCC2800控制的初级绕组反馈的反激电源+2路LDO。

效率只有60%

客户接受不了，希望把效率提高。

各位大神，有什么好方法吗？
