bq76940电压均衡电流问题

使用Ti手册里的NMOS电路做电压均衡，打开均衡功能后我发现效果非常不明显。

比如说Rbal-b的电阻是100欧，电池bal-b的电压是3V，当我打开bal-b的均衡开关时，是不是均衡电流是3/100=30mA？

这是不是放电放的太慢了？

是我理解有问题还是要减小Rbal-b的电阻来增加放电电流？
