基于UC2843的正激电源低温短路保护烧MOS管,为什么?

前辈好:

我用UC2843做了一个50W正激电源,输入40V,输出两路正负12V。

短路保护电路是常规的,取CS脚电压进比较器正端,REF分压进比较器负端,当CS检测到初级电流过大时,比较器输出正,再通过三极管拉低COMP端,从而关闭PWM。

电路动稳态工作成长,常温、高温短路保护正常,但是低温时,短路保护时初级MOS损害。

请问,我该如何排查?
