按做推荐电路和推荐PCB弄得板子，输出电容我已经试着加到220uF了，但是电压输出依旧不理想。

您的电路图显示不出来，建议直接拿WEBENCH仿真出的值搭电路。
另外，观察以下SW节点的波形，看看是否正常。
