UC3825, 频率降低后，起振不了

目前在使用UC3825, 需要定制300.K超声频率，调好工作45秒后，会出现起振不了的情况。之前也用过这颗，是在688K频率下，使用正常~

请问有什么相关建议吗？或者有其他推荐，最好是和UC3825 Pin2Pin的，感谢·~
