请确认是否是MOS接反了？
按照您的设计，采用P-MOS, D极接电源，因为体二极管使得MOS处于恒导通，故输出电压基本上是等于输入电压减去体二极管和sense电阻以及电感的压降），差不多就是11.3输出。
