请问，TPS53318内部的MOS的内阻是多少？
手册里面没有标注， 但一般来说8A的器件，上管MOS是20毫欧以内，下管是10毫欧以内，因为其内阻又受温度影响，建议直接在特定负载下测量MOS的压降来推算
