有一块板卡在车上实验时没有装外壳，上电后烧坏了多颗TPS82085芯片和其它电源芯片；
看了一下这颗芯片有短路保护和过热保护，实际有些TPS82085芯片是电源输出侧短路，有些是输入和输出侧同时短路，想问一下什么情况会导致芯片烧坏？
