TLT494可以只用其中一个运放吗？

设计一个12V入，输出5V的Buck降压电路。用TL494做控制器并打算用其中一个运放用做补偿网络。但注意到datasheet（http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tl494.pdf）里的功能框图里显示两个运放输出端已经连起来了，请问第二个不用的运放的两个输入端要如何连接？

顺便问下Ct端产生的锯齿波的峰值是多少？
