TPS61089的输出电容选取问题

HI all:

     使用TPS61089-EVM测试，输入给3.3V，EVM的输出为9V, 测试带载能力等都可以没问题。当把输出端加470uF的电容后会，输出电压升压仅能达到4.3V左右。EVM上看输出电容C7未焊接，想请教一下什么时间需要焊接？   另外在我使用过程中加了470uF为什么出现升压不正常现象，什么原因导致的呢？
