不建议用这个芯片来做，建议用BQ系列的电池充电芯片来做，例如选择升降压架构的BQ257XX系列芯片都是可以。
用TPS61178，需要设计成为恒流，还要电压满压设计等等，比较麻烦，采用专门的充电芯片功能强大，设计简单。
带载能力降低，除了电感饱和电流不足外，一般会与layout有关，注意功率回路尽量小。
