During boost mode, the status register VBUS_STAT bits is set to 111, the VBUS output is 5V by default
(selectable via BOOSTV register bits).

手册上说明VBUS输出5V，但是在OTG模式下只有PMID输出了5V，VBUS输出0V，是不是手册写错了？？？？？？
