a. Be sure the gain & offset are being used. This is a common value for all cells.
b. Consider calibrating offset per cell at a voltage of interest, or gain & offset
c. If one or two cell groups are shifted, look at board warpage, try to reflow the part to see if data sheet accuracy is restored.
