BQ3060用在4串的电池上，客户做振动测试，发现输出关闭了，电池电压正常，无输出，无法通信，P+P-接充电也无法通信，上位机显示报错，不知道什么原因？接其他正常的电池是可以通信的，排除通信工具和电脑的问题，求解答一下
