我想利用LMZ23610TZ或者LMZ31710来设计12V输入，5V/8A输出。请问这两个芯片是否需要加散热片或其他散热方式散热，如果这两个芯片如果不加散热片，哪个芯片的温度会高呢，具体是如何计算的，谢谢！我利用WEBENCH® POWER DESIGNER设计的这两个芯片的分析结果如下两图所示
