如题,在低温-20°以下;低温空/满载开机,LM5085的 VIN脚对VCC脚内部击穿! 求解??? 常温和高温(+85°)工作正常....输入DC36-60V,输出24V,2A(峰值5A);已将输入输出电容改固态(原先是电解),PIN8Vin脚根部并陶瓷10μF+0.1μF;还是无法解决?LAYOUT有什么讲究?
