对于TI 的充电控制器芯片BQ25708的SMBUS寄存器表中有可读ADCVSYSVBAT()寄存器，
这个意思是否能表示X86系统能通过SMBUS能读取到电池的电压，就是起到电池电压电量监控作用呢？？？
