TPS65131的OUTN（13,14脚）的对地电感去掉时，EN2使能，此时OUTN的输出波形及幅度相对INN是多少？
测试发现：INN输入5V，OUTN输出大概3.7V左右（使能后），不知道片子坏了没有？
