我使用UCC12040芯片作为电源隔离。因为单个UCC12040无法满足电流需求，我将三个UCC12040并联，发现芯片会发热，检测了输出电压发现，其中有一个芯片输出的电压远小于另外两个。同时，产生了发热的问题。请问这个问题该如何解决呢？
