请问TPS54160芯片用着用着没有输出，反馈引脚没有电压了，且COMP引脚的阻抗只有十几K了，而且该引脚阻抗还在慢慢升，正常情况下COMP引脚阻抗是特别大的（大概有六十多M吧），请问这可能是什么原因导致的
