BQ27542-G1 At 0deg chargeing JUMP SOC% ( 12% to 0% )

Dear TI Expert:

We have a problem, when the battery is charged at 0 degrees, the SOC% will jump from 12% to 0%.

Please help this phenomenon is caused by incorrect settings or affected by chem ID settings .
