UCC24624使用过程中发热比较严重，用在LLC副边同步整流发现输出电流5A，输出电压22V时，UCC24624温度80℃，同步整流管温度54℃，不清楚什么情况！

先用示波器看一下芯片是否有哪个脚存在过压？
如果没有，在看一下MOS的选择，选择尽量小Qg的MOS.
