最近在用TPS5430这个芯片，用的是24V开关电源供电，输出的是5V，画的原理图是根据手册上提供的画的，PCB布线也没有太大的问题，我在24V上加了一个船型开关，如果闭合船型开关后 供24V，芯片工作正常，当突然断开24V后，大约等了1分钟再次闭合24V，芯片烧毁，不知道什么原因，看论坛上说的是软启动硬启动，不明白这两个的区别是什么，请大神赐教
