先是识别成功，之后来一个2kV的浪涌，之后一直如此循环
PSE端用其他设备测试可以正常输出48V的直流电压，但用自己设计的电路输出的都是示波器所示的异常电圧，原理图如图所示
测试的就是TP3 TP4两端的电压
