即便100%, 也会因为MOS, 电感出现一些下降，你需要根据电流来计算。
正常评估，你可以按照最大28V输入时最多24V输出来评估最大占空比，但仍可能要稍微低一点点。
如果应用中会出现最低12V输入，但是要12V输出，仍建议用buck-boost芯片来做。例如LM25118之类。
