我们有一个用BQ4050的产品,在客户测试,发现SOC为0%但是电压已经达到3.9V,暂时还没有数据反馈。
我们推测会不会是充电电流没有达到阈值,导致SOC没有计算?这个想请问一下BQ4050是否有这种机制,或者说有没有类似案例是什么原因造成的? 还望大家帮忙解答一下,谢谢。
