TI BQ24072模块 怎么回事？

先板子连接状态为：  IN  和GND 分别由USB供电（5V），！EN1=1  ！EN2=0 ，！CE=0，TD=0， TMR=RES，  电池直接接到了BAT+和VSS上，OUT端没有接。  TS端也没有接。三个可调电阻是出厂时的默认状态。
上电后，D2亮，D1没有亮，BAT+端没有电流出现。
想问下，这是怎么回事？
