我按照数据手册给的电路图，做了电路板，在只接适配器，不接电池的时候，发现接到STA1的LED灯是一秒闪烁一次的，可是根据数据手册的说法是不接电池的时候，STA1的LED应该是灭灯的，请问这可能是什么原因造成的？

TS接10k电阻到地 同时连个10K电阻到VTSB，这种一闪一闪的情况是过温报错？
TS是用VTSB接个分压的，电压是1.5V这样，把温度检测失能掉了，应该没有过温报错这种情况的。
