请教下，我们用TPS3707-50DGN作为电源检测芯片，当12V和5V同时在位时，系统正常开机，否则系统不开机；

实际使用过程中发现，3707非常容易损坏，测试发现PFI输入1.5v是ok的，但是PFO始终输出低电平。这可能是什么原因呢？上下电浪涌？还是设计本身有问题，如附件图纸。
