从客户返回来的一块电池，充管都关闭状态，状态页面如下
客户那边反馈的现象是：电池在机器里面，使用到没电，突然发现开不了机了，充电器插入开机到一半就断电，然后电池就使用不了
请大神们帮忙分析下这是什么原因？
