當充電電流低於10%的設定充電電流(設定大概30mA)，應該要截止充電電流，
問題是，只有改變CHG的狀態，充電電流還是繼續慢慢降，並沒有停止充電，這樣是這顆IC的特性嗎?
還是哪裡有設定錯誤 , 請在指導一下
