You have an XREADY condition. One of the groups has lost power or there is a voltage trapped on the TSx pins preventing proper start up. See the FAQ.
Check power at the BAT and VC10X pins.
Check for voltage across CAP2 and CAP3 capacitors
Check the connection of the thermistors, they must have a resistance and be connected to the appropriate reference.
