使用TPS65131—Q1芯片生成±5V的VSP VSN的波形和电路原理图如下，请问：
1、在VSP VSN升压期间红圈中的台阶是否正常，满足芯片的上电波形？
2、这种台阶是电路中哪部分引起的呢？
