常温下再启动是否正常？
在-40℃下，测量其信号，例如第二脚LDO输出是否稳定？输入输出是否稳定？
（一般这类异常是要测试确认的，因为通常情况下电路都是没有大的问题的，可能问题出在layout，或者电容上, 因为低温下电容容值会跌落，可能导致一些电压不稳定致使芯片工作异常）
