这个原理图是用来测试这个model能不能用的。
我试过其他的mos，一样会错。
是路径不对吗，网上似乎说是这个问题，但是没有讲清楚解决方法。

是测试Vth还是Rdson，还是。。。
这个是TI提供的那个模型吗？ 先确认下是不是仿真软件的问题（要用对应的软件）。
就是Pspice for TI, 无论我是下模型，还是在PSPICE里直接拖一个库里的，都会报错。
有可能是模型问题，没法用这个来仿真。
