CSD25481F4，这个PMOS管，作为高压端开关，在G极加电压6V，在S极加电压5V，在D极可以测到2V电压，这个是什么原因？（G极和S极之间加了电阻47K）

Vgs（th）= -0.95V，为什么Vgs为正时，D极会有电压？

另外，当加在G极和S极的峰值电压相等时（都为6V），可以正常开关。
