原理图：pcb版图：VIN现在是接的12V ，输出的测量电压是9.6V ，不知道问题出到哪儿了

芯片应该是坏了，电路直接用webench确认即可。
但是layout有些不好，特别是SW脚，功率回路，GND等，建议你参考datasheet，layout对电源很重要，如果不好很容易不稳定，noise很大。
