以-12V的电势作为地，0V作为Vin输入，其他参数设计和12V to 5V一样。
不过应该注意的是此时电源的地并不是真正的地，如果波动太大可能会造成芯片不稳定，需要加大滤波电容以及合理PCB布线来解决。
