请问一下上面里的公式s(f)是什么，怎样计算这个s(f)，还有就是这个公式里面的电感电容的单位用什么，示例里面的CICOMP是2700pF，在计算时用2700还是用2.7*10^-9计算。麻烦哪位高人回答一下谢谢！

2700按照2700pF即2.7*10^9.
