想确认下，此IC型号是否有经过Power ON/OFF 10万次测试；
如果没有，是否做过类似的验证，可以保证Power ON/OFF 多少次测试；

Hi 这个在芯片可靠度测试的时候应该，但是我们没有相关的信息。
如果要问可以保证Power ON/OFF 多少次测试的话，排除电路异常（例如电感质量问题，或者其他原因的电路问题）正常就是on/off多少次都不会导致芯片损坏。
