用户手册上设定700kHz的开关频率，实测只有686kHz，请问为什么会出现这个误差，这个误差范围是合理的吗？

正常，实际频率设置会有10%的误差范围，见datasheet 第七页参数表，频率设置500kHz， 实际范围为450kHz~550kHz。
