参数完全按照规格书计算，问题如下：
APFC不带负载，完全不启动，加了负载才能启动，这个调整了VINAC和COMP都没有见效，还有哪个和这个启动有关的，请帮忙，谢谢！

你可以看一下datasheet 关于softstart的描述，主要还是和AC line电压侦测和comp有关。
建议你测试启动瞬间的各个保护功能看一下?
如果都正常的话再确认layout的影响，特别注意datasheet 35页提到的内容。
