TPS51200: Could TPS51200 sink/source current periodically?

Hi experts，

  We are currently seeking a DCDC converter to give 1.8V reference voltage for our chip.

  The 1.8V supply could be sink and source periodically (~100MHz).

  Could TPS51200 be used as the figure shown below?

  If not, could you give us a recommended device?
