上电后没有5V输出 ，更换IC后好了，
一般什么原因引起的？

这个要测量的，至少你把换的芯片各个脚阻抗测试确认一下？
我们这边是论坛，并没有生产测试的经验，所以具体是哪种不良模式或者说那个脚烧掉了，很难判定，只能通过测试确认。
