您好，请问下关于声扫检验发现塑封料与引线架界分层，塑封与基板边缘界面分层，这个是正常的吗，是都会影使用？

应该不影响电性使用。芯片在出厂前都会有100%电性测试，但是是否100%有声学测试，100%x-ray不确定（我个人觉得最多抽测）。
所以从图片看，肯定是有差异，但是应该不影响电性应用。
