Below x-ray picture is came from a reel, but the dies have different. 

Which middle on the left die   is round and the middle on the right is square

Is it normal？

    Hi

       如果同是直接购买自TI, 很奇怪出现2种差异，因为没有必要两种设计。你却要取人购买渠道，因为TL431应该不止一个厂家出产。

       但是即便都购买自TI,  也不会有问题，芯片出厂X-RAY虽然不一定会100%测试，但是电性测试是必须的，机构上的差异不影响电性的。

       （我无法确认，芯片类明显的机构设计差异是否就是因为两种设计，但不影响电性）
