该期间手册输入电压范围是2.7V~24V，为何评估板要求电压输入必须为12V，低于11V芯片就无法正常输出电压，输出引脚为0，那么该器件的实际输入电压适用范围是多少呢？

你需要考虑评估板的UVLO保护，如果按照评估板1Mohm和124kohm的欠压配置，输入电压就是高于11V左右才能让芯片正常工作。
