你好，购买产品TPS22924CYZPR，通过规格书对比，芯片本体丝印 应该为: 5L 或 5LG
而实际丝印为 5LF，请问这是什么原因？ 是正常的吗？

输入5LF查询，会发现这个也是TPS22924C的marking.
