升压芯片都可以设计成为类似的电路，升压输出+chargerpump。
与CP2121类似的芯片也很多，例如TI的TPS61040.

可以设置一下输入电压范围，封装，之类选择类似TPS61040之类比较简单的芯片来做。
另外TPS60140本身没有OVP脚功能，如果你要设计OVP,可以通过FB脚来做，参考： www.ti.com.cn/.../slva227.pdf
