我的下管可以实现零电压开通，如图2所示。但是关断的时候Vgs（L）和VDS（L）震荡比较大，如图3所示。

上管可能没有实现零电压开通，如图4所示，可能是Vgs(H)震荡的原因，关断波形很正常。
